The Platform Performing Arts Festival

Will be held in DRAIOCHT THEATRE on Saturday 23rd November,  from 10.30am – 2pm. Timetable will be available on Tuesday 19th November.

There are three competition categories and it’s a wonderful opportunity for your child to perform in front of an audience.

POETRY – SINGING – DANCE

• Poetry entries will be taken from children age 4 years and upwards.
• Singing and dancing will be taken from children age 6 years and upwards .
• If students of different ages are entering the duo or group sections they must enter the OLDER AGE GROUP e.g Mary Murphy age 11 years and Jill Murphy age 9 years (They must enter a competition for the older age group.  Basically the 11 year old cannot go into a competition for a younger age group.)

The Entry Fee is €10 PER ENTRY.  Fees can be paid at a class or online using IBAN IE08AIBK93251521395266.  Please put your ‘CHILD’S NAME’ on the entry.

We usually start with Junior/Senior infants at 10.15am and work our way up through the classes to 6th class. The Festival finishes at 2pm. You should expect to be there for approximately half and hour for your child’s competition.
