TICKETS – ADULTS €15. STUDENTS, CHILDREN AND OAP’S €5. I will send an email when it’s time to pay for show tickets. It is a lovey cosy theatre and all seats have excellent and equal viewing so there is no rush. You can pay cash at the end of class or at the show or pay by iban IE08AIBK93251521395266.
You should arrive 15 minutes before your show and not any earlier as you will not gain entry because there is another show beforehand. We will collect the children in the foyer and take them to the dressing rooms. PLEASE WEAR BLACK COSTUME UNDERNEATH THE COLOUR COSTUME FOR CHILD SAFETY AND STAFF REASONS.
SHOW – VENUE THEATRE, RATOATH, SUNDAY 15th JUNE, 2025.
JUN/SEN INFANTS should arrive for the show in their WONKA COSTUME with black leggings (long or short) and a black top underneath. Children’s hair can be as mad as they like. Colours, braids, ribbons, plaits, buns etc. Boys can have gel, just to make them feel different. Coloured socks with black socks underneath for Zombies. If girls are wearing shorter dresses, they can roll the leggins up underneath or wear shorter leggins. ALL CHILDREN MUST HAVE BLACK LEGGINS AND BLACK TOP AS A BASE UNDERNEATH. This is for Health and Safety changing purposes for staff and children. PLEASE PUT THEIR NAMES ON THE COSTUMES AS ITEMS GO MISSING EVERY YEAR.
THIS SECTION IS JUST FOR THE OLDER CHILDREN 1ST – 6TH CLASS. If your child has a part, they should dress for their relevant part. (We will give out the parts when we have covered all aspects of the show and when we have given ourselves and the children time to explore each discipline – music, dance and script) ALL CHILDREN MUST HAVE BLACK LEGGINS AND BLACK TOP AS A BASE.
TICKET PRICES are €15 for adults. Students and OAP’S €5. Please note that all the seats have excellent and equal viewing so you do not need to come too early to get a good seat. Also there will be a show on beforehand so you cannot gain entry. You should arrive 15 minutes before your show time. We will collect the children in the foyer and take them to the dressing rooms. Navan Road – Class (this is a double class Jun/Sens 3-4.30pm, Older 2.30 – 4.30pm Mar 3, 10. (8 classes – end of Term 3). (Please bring costume and small snack for double)
St. Brigids Jan . Feb (double class– Jun/Sens 1.30-3pm and older 2.30 – 4.30pm) Mar 6. (8 classes – end of Term) (Please bring costume and small snack for double class)
Diswellstown. Feb (Double class). Mar (Double class) (8 classes – end of Term) We need to do two double classes this term because on the request of the Principal, we started back a week later than the other schools so we need to catch up to stick with our programme. Jun/Sen times 1.15 – 2.45pm and older class 2.10 – 4.10pm. Children should bring their costume and a small snack.
Chapelizod. Jan . Feb . Mar 1 March (another double class because school was closed on 8th). (there is a school half day on 11th April so we will take the opportunity to do another double class dress rehearsal). ( Jun/Sens 12 – 1.30pm and Older class 12 – 2pm. They should bring their costumes and a small snack for a quick break).
Mount Sackville. Jan . Feb March (double class – Jun/Sens 2 – 3.30pm and older class 3 – 5pm). 11th April School closes at 12 so we will take the opportunity to do a double dress rehearsal with both the Jun/Sens and older classes together – Jun/Sens 12 -1.30pm and older classes 12 – 2pm – please bring costume and snack) .
TERM 4.
This enables us to rehearse the Jun/Sen infants with the older class. Jun/Sen infants will stay for an hour and a half and the older children will stay for two hours. Children should bring a snack as we will give them a short break. ALSO PLEASE BRING THE COSTUMES AND PUT THEIR NAMES ON THEM.
